Then I moved my main website to here when I changed the company name and I kept my blog where it was as everyone knew where to find it. Then life got in the way and I didn't write for a while and when I went back my blog had gone. I'd kept up my payment of the domain name but I hadn't paid my hosting fee and because I was no longer using that email address and unbeknown to me the forwarding had stopped working they deleted my blog without any contact with me.
I was heartbroken I was convinced I had hardly any of them backed up and I was going to write that here but in the interest of honesty I went to check for the first time what I do have (because i was to upset when it first went down to upset myself any further). I am over the moon happy at this moment in time ridiculously happy I have a few missing but I have two solid years of my posts on my computer! YES!! Some good news I'll be able to re share some of those thoughts feeling and sessions with you again. I'm so very pleased about that and pleased to be blogging again.
Part of my dust yourself off and try again has been looking at my work and what I truly want to shoot. I took the decision last year to stop shooting weddings. I love weddings and I have loved every single one I've shot and it was a privilege to be part of such a special day in my bride and grooms lives. But I was finding the pressure I put on myself was increasing and I found a new hobby that means I'm busy most Saturday evenings (I'll save that for a different blog). That coupled with the fact that my ultimate favourite session to do is my female portrait sessions I have chosen to focus solely on this and creating the most fabulous experience for my ladies that I possibly can. To find out more about my female portrait sessions click HERE. And if you want to be in with the chance of winning a session with me then please fill in my little competition survey HERE closing date is the 18th of August every entry gets a gift voucher towards the cost of a session.
